There is no question after 9 shows, The Comedy Point crew is starting to gell, but still there remains some small matters that we need to work out. But like any other new team starting out, there needs to be alotted time for growing pains. Tuesday, The Comedy Point had in studio comedians Joe Conte and John Szeluga, both of which made for great guests and an overall even better show.
Joe Conte of The Conte and Kenny show has a solid voice for radio, which comes from 4 years of hard work and dedication through having his own show. He mentioned how much fun it is to simply be a guest on another radio show without having to worry about the production aspect. I concur Joe, I concur.
John Szeluga rounded out the line up for the evening with a perfect blend of energy and opinions. He spiced up the show with a few stories of his own, plus news story regarding the two pilots overshooting their destination by 178 miles.
Each week will feature a new guest to gain additional points of view for The Comedy Point, and mix in as many females as possible, to the all male line up of The Comedy Point. Our listeners have spoken and their favorite segments remain, “Grandma’s Corner,” and “Dog in The Park,” with Mad Dog Mattern. We look forward to mixing it up each and every week, all we ask is 2 hours on Tuesday from 6 to 8pm. That’s it!
