Each week Marian Richardson from, “Grandma’s Corner,” of The Comedy Point will be sharing one of her favorite recipes. She loves being a grandma to everyone and loves hearing from her fans! Please post comments and let Grandma know how your Ginger Snaps turn out.

1/2lb.gingersnaps
1stick butter
1/2 box powdered sugar
3 egg yolks
1 can crushed pineapple drained
2 bananas diced
1/2 pt.cream whipped and sweetened.butter
a 9-13baking dish.

1) Crumble the gingersnaps and divide in half
2) Spread half in the bottom of dish
3) Cream the butter, powdered sugar and egg yolds in a mixing bowl and spread over crumbs.
4) mix pineapple and bananas together and spread over creamed mixture
5) top with whipped cream and sprinkle with remaining crumbs

Yield 15 servings. so good diet recipes ha ha (Grandma Loves to end the recipe with a little joke, her own personal touch)
