Mr. Gordon is such a treasure. The Graphics students produce visually compelling work. I am so proud of the Soaring Seagulls.
Desgining a logo for a radio station with listeners and fans NATIONWIDE. What a great accomplishment to put on a resume! I’m just so impressed with the quality of the submissions. I can’t wait to see who wins!
All of the designs are very good! very eye catching and unique and really strengthens the sites identity. personally, i think design number 4 was well thought out and well designed. i mean if you think about it, the show is aired in various locations and has fans worldwide, which is where the globe comes in, and this is a radio show, hint the headphones. The logo screams new age media. The ability for the show to stream online and offer the show on iTunes, makes the show tech/digital savy making the design and the show go hand in hand. But I dont know…this is a VERY tough decision. good luck to all of the young designers!
Wow ! How amazing is this. I agree with david c. These designs are great but the globe with the headphones sold me. The rest of them are mainly type heavy but the thought process of thinkking of an image to show the comcept is really cool. These kids are really talented and I applaud their teacher.

For the the people who were wondering, I created logo # 1. If your reading this I know this is late but I read the comments . # 4 might grasp the concept a bit more but is not original. The only thing that was created from scratch was the type. The globe and head phones were pulled off the internet. I’m not saying I do not appreciate it. It’s well tought. Although I like to start all things from scratch. Let your mind wander and let free your full capacity of creativity.
