JON FRIEDMAN* is a writer, comedian and producer living in Brooklyn, NY.

He is currently the creator/producer and host of the award winning variety show, *The Rejection Show*, and has produced, hosted many other unique live events. Jon’s first book, the award winning *Rejected: Tales of the Failed, Dumped & Canceled* a humor anthology of rejected works, was released in 2009 with Villard (Random House).

Jon performs regularly at literary events and stand-up comedy venues throughout New York City and beyond. His solo show, *Bear With Me* ran at The Upright Citizen’s Brigade Theater in New York and was nominated for a 2011 ECNY Award (Excellence in Comedy – New York City) for Best One Person Show. Jon’s new original series, *The Jon Friedman Internet Program* will debut on *My Damn Channel* in the Fall of 2011.
