Each and every week Grandma Marian Richardson of The Comedy Point shares with our fans and listeners, one of her, recipes! This week LIVE on the air, Grandma promised she would share her annual tradition of making Reuben Casserole on New Year’s Eve! Be sure to comment and post pictures of how YOUR Reuben Casserole came out! Grandma LOVES hearing from her fans!
2 (10 oz) cans chopped sauerkraut drained
1 lb. corned beef coarsely sliced
3/4 Cup Thousand Island Dressing
8 oz. pkg sliced Swiss Cheese
1/4 Cup Melted Butter
5 & 1/2 cup coarsely in a greased 8/11 1/2 inch baking dish
Layer first 5 ingredients and drizzle with butter
Bake uncovered in a 375 preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes
Until casserole is heated through and brad crumbs are lightly browned
If you like reubens you will love this!
Just SLICE & SERVE!
