Streets of Fire is a collaboration by musicians who have come together through both ordinary and completely random circumstances with the intent to show that while digital music is the new frontier, genuine rock music can still be as creative as ever. Over the years each member has acquired unique skills which they bring about through the identity of the music. The DeMaio brothers, Steve (drums) a…nd Joey (bass), add tight syncopated rhythms accompanied by Mike Drew’s intricate yet complimentary and colorful guitar leads, followed by vocalist Joe Capone’s soulful tone. “RUN”, Streets of Fire’s self-produced and self-recorded EP, shows exactly who this group of eclectic musicians are by showcasing songs influenced by everything from the 90′s rock radio hits they grew up on to the Motown era hits found in their parents’ record collections. Future plans include east coast/midwest touring, filming some new videos for your enjoyment, and of course, more music!
