Comedian and champion bodybuilder Andrew Ginsburg’s new album PUMPING IRONY (Pink Room Records 6/19/12), was recorded live at Caroline’s on Broadway in New York.

The set features Ginsburg tackling topics such as dating, his ex-wife, being Jewish, Freud’s mother, why it’s a gay man’s world, the perfect anatomy (not what you think), homeless people, and hookers.

Ginsburg has performed in comedy clubs and colleges across the country.

Just some of his club performances: Caroline‘s on Broadway, The Comedy Connection, The Comedy Studio, The Comic Strip Live, Nick‘s Comedy Store, The Comedy Cellar, The Comedy Palace, New York Comedy Club, Gotham Comedy Club, Governor‘s Comedy Cabaret, The Improv, Standup New York, Boston University and William Patterson University, Adelphi University, Fairleigh Dickinson University and Bard College.

His TV appearances include “Saturday Night Live“ where he was recently seen in the “Tebow” sketch as Denver Broncos player #98. He was also in the digital short “The Creep“ with Nicki Minhaj, John Waters, and Andy Samberg, and several other SNL shorts as a shirtless gay Spartan warrior, Roman guard, and male model. (It pays to be funny and be a champion body builder.) He has also appeared on “The Sopranos,“ “All My Children,“ “As The World Turns,“ “The Guiding Light,“ and “One Life to Live.”
