This week LIVE on the air, Grandma promised she would share her annual tradition of making Reuben Casserole on New Year&#8217;s Eve! Be sure to comment and post pictures of how YOUR Reuben Casserole came out! Grandma LOVES hearing from her fans!</p>

<h4><strong>2 (10 oz)</strong> cans chopped sauerkraut drained</h4>
<h4>1 lb. corned beef coarsely sliced</h4>
<h4>3/4 Cup Thousand Island Dressing</h4>
<h4>8 oz. pkg sliced Swiss Cheese</h4>
<h4>1/4 Cup Melted Butter</h4>
<h4>5 &amp; 1/2 cup coarsely in a greased 8/11 1/2 inch baking dish</h4>
<h4>Layer first 5 ingredients and drizzle with butter</h4>
<h4>Bake uncovered in a 375 preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes</h4>
<h4>Until casserole is heated through and brad crumbs are lightly browned</h4>
<h4>If you like reubens you will love this!</h4>
<h4>Just SLICE &amp; SERVE!</h4>

<h4>-9 Lasagna Noodles</h4>
<h4>-2 Sticks of Butter</h4>
<h4>-1 Box instant mashed potatoes</h4>
<h4>-Sauteed 1 Large onion</h4>
<h4>-1 pk of shredded cheddar cheese</h4>
<h4>-Cook Lasagna Noodles according to package directions</h4>
<h4>-Place some butter on the bottom of a 9/13 inch casserole dish</h4>
<h4>-Place lasagna on bottom of dish</h4>
<h4>-Cook instant mash potatoes according to package directions</h4>
<h4>-Layer potatoes on top of noodles</h4>
<h4>-Place some sauteed onions on top of potatoes</h4>
<h4>-Place a layer of shredded cheese on top of sauteed onions continue layering until all ingredients are used</h4>
<h4>-Top with butter and lots of cheese</h4>
<h4>-Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 min</h4>

<p>-10 med potatoes<br />
-1 cup onion diced<br />
-1cup dice green peppers<br />
-1 cup melted butter<br />
-1/2 lb Velveeta cheese cubed<br />
-Parsley<br />
-Boil potatoes in skins until almost done<br />
-Cool and cube small In greased 9 /13 inch pan<br />
-Place potatoes onions peppers and cheese then sprinkle with parsley<br />
-Pour butter over all.<br />
-Bake at 350 for 1 hour cover with foil<br />
-And continue baking 1/2 hour longer great use as much parsleyas you like it makes it look nice.<br />

Fry bacon until crisp add vinegar and water<br />
Heat<br />
Combine greens onions and seaonings<br />
Pour hot mixture over greens<br />
Toss unyil wilted. sprinkle egg(sliced or chopped) over top<br />

<p><strong>Grandma Marian Richardson of The Comedy Point </strong>shares one of her homemade recipes each and every week.  This week on the menu is her delicious Cheese/Pepperoni Bake!  Grandma hopes you enjoy making this for your friends and family.  Please share the pictures of how yours turn out with The Comedy Point.</p>
<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<p><strong>2 c. milk </strong></p>
<p><strong>2c. flour 2 lg. eggs </strong></p>
<p><strong>2 (8_oz.) cubed cheese </strong></p>
<p><strong>1pkg pepperoni (cut into quarters) </strong></p>
<p><strong>Mix all togeather and bake in a 13&#215;9 inch greased dish at 350 for 30 minutes </strong></p>
<p><strong>Cut into squares and serve warm.</strong></p>

<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>6oz orange jello</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">2c. water boiling</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">8 oz cream cheese</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Softened 1 lg. cool whip</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">1 can mandarin oranges drained</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Blend together orange jello and boiling water</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Mix well and let cool</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Mix the cream cheese with the cool whip until smooth</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Add the drained mandarin oranges</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">You can use mixer</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Finally Add cooled jello mixture and pour into mold or 13x 9 inch pan</p>

<p>1\2 Cup margarine or butter<br />
1 1\2 Cups all-purpose flower<br />
1 Cup Sugar<br />
1 Egg<br />
1\2 Teaspoon Vanilla<br />
1\4 Teaspoon baking soda.<br />
1\4 Teaspoon cream of tarter.<br />
2 Tablespoons of sugar.<br />
1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon.</p>
<p>-In  a mixing bowl beat margarine or butter with an electric mixer on medium  to high speed for 30 seconds.</p>
<p><img class="alignleft" src="http://crumblycookie.files.wordpress.com/2008/05/copy-2-of-dscn4586.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="200" />-Add about half the flour, the one cup of  sugar,the egg, vanilla, baking soda, and cream of tarter.</p>
<p>-Beat till thoroughly combined. beat in remaining flour. cover and chill 1 hour.</p>
<p>-Shape  dough into 1 inch balls. combine the 2 tablespoons sugar and the  cinnamon.</p>
<p>-Roll balls in sugar-cinnamon mixture. place 2 inches apart on  an un-greased cookie sheet.</p>
<p>-Bake in a 375 degrees oven for 10 to 11  minutes or till edges are golden.</p>
<p>-Makes about 36.</p>
